The Construction Process
The Construction Process and It’s Components
Three main areas in the construction process are subcontractors, site management and administrative services. We make sure all systems work together.
First of all, contracts that clearly define the rights and responsibilities of each party involved set the stage for a smoothly run project. Our contracts hold our subcontractors to completing their part on schedule, on budget and to our specified standards.
Another important aspect is site management. Our Project Managers and Lead Carpenters have their finger on the pulse of each job. This is vital to running a project efficiently. Most of all we strive to keep the communication lines open between the homeowner, J.E. Hale Construction staff, and the specialty subcontractors to ensure no details are overlooked, the project progresses on schedule, and all systems work together as planned.
Furthermore, we provide detailed administration throughout the entire project. Including anything from RFPs, proposals, getting the proper contracts in place, keeping track of the insurance certificates, job profitability reports, scheduling, purchase orders, change orders, budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor payments.
